Shobha Chadda​

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector and driven by her desire to add value to bespoke hospitality ventures, Shobha co-founded Red Coral. She possesses an intricate understanding and expertise in efficiently managing customer expectations and hotel business priorities. An IHM graduate, she started her hospitality career with the top brands of five-star hotels in India and Dubai before being smitten by the niche travel segment. Her areas of expertise include Sales, Marketing, Partner Relationships, and Business Development.

Vinay Kala

Vinay has rich experience in managing sizable teams, operations, and businesses across diverse industries for over 30 years successfully. After serving in the Indian Army for 15 years, this Electronics and Communication engineer transitioned to the telecom industry, where he held senior leadership positions for a decade. Vinay, a nature enthusiast, adventure seeker, and avid traveler, pursued his lifelong passion by taking an entrepreneurial plunge with Red Coral. With exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, he oversees the company's backend operations, finance, and HR functions.
